If I create from the heart when the urge is strongest, almost everything works, if it is forced or without feeling, nothing arises.
It's the wordless moments, absorbing the sound of music which allows an emotional response to surface and creativity to unfold. lifting the heart, an essence that brings meaning when working.
In everyday life, l take notice of what light and colour does to everything, the infinite combinations that occur at any given moment, the pleasures of a simple life, a place where I belong.
